so i did something yesterday that i was really proud of myself for, and it really only hit me today.

for once,

in my twenty and a half years of existence,

i stood up for myself.

i stuck to my convictions, i kept my morals in check, and i only let out enough sass to get my point across. in retrospect, i wouldn’t have done a damn thing differently.

and by golly, it felt good.

for the first time in my life, i wasn’t some lame fucking door mat that gets walked all over and overlooked. it was the greatest feeling.

yeah, you know what, sometimes i am a bitch, but only when the situation merits it. so if i’m a bitch to you, you probably deserve it. #sorryimnotsorry.
